Apple who took action in Australia to ban the Samsung Galaxy Tablet has now sought a ban on the Korean Companies brand new Galaxy S3, Apple is trying to ban Galaxy S3 sales in Europe, Australia and some other regions and Also stopping it from reaching its home town US.
Earlier today Apple filed a lawsuit in the U.S. requesting a sales ban on Samsung's new Galaxy S III and stop it from reaching the US carries, after doing the same with carriers in Australia. Apple claims that Samsung has infringed on Apple's user interface patents and other hardware related patens on the Galaxy S III.
The latest legal action comes just a few weeks after the chief executive of Apple Tim Cook met in t6he USA with the head of Samsing in a court session aimed at settling their smartphone patent war, which was initiated by Apple in April last year. The Wall Street Journal said that Apple and Samsung have been entangled in about 30 patent litigation suits in 10 different
countries so far.
